Job Description:
1) Take phone calls at B9F reception at Beijing office.
2) Vistor registration at B9F reception at Beijing office.
3) Badge management & Company access system and cards management for building B at Beijing office.
4) Mail and express registration & distribution for building B at Beijing office.
5) Office supply ordering and distribution for building B at Beijing office.

Skill Required:
1) English communication skill both oral and written;
2) Office, Excel, outlook
